Return policy

At Judy Blue Mall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for items that are unwashed, unworn, and unused, with all original tags still attached.

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • Eligibility: You may return or exchange merchandise by mail within 30 days from the original purchase date. Defective items or those sent incorrectly can be returned for either an exchange or a refund.

  • Late Returns: Merchandise received after 30 days may be accepted at our discretion for online store credit only.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please include the Judy Blue invoice that was emailed to you or attached to your package. Once your return is approved, we will provide a shipping label at your expense.

  • Shipping Fees: We are not responsible for lost return shipments. If an order is refused, the return shipping fee will be charged.

    Please allow 7-9 business days for your refund to be posted to your credit card. The return or exchange value will be based on the last retail price of the item.

    If a package is undeliverable due to missing, incorrect, or incomplete destination information (such as apartment or suite numbers), the cost of resending the package will be invoiced to the customer.

    Once a package is handed over to our carrier, we no longer have control over it and cannot guarantee the condition of the shipment. In the event of errors or delays caused by the shipping carrier, we will assist in resolving the issue to the best of our abilities, but we cannot be held liable for carrier delays or errors.

    PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept returns or exchanges on products that were not purchased through our website, or on items with odors such as cologne or cigarette smoke.
